![]() It has to be recognised that he did sincerely try to stifle these thoughts and feelings that he had, which he was able to do for 9 years, but a lot of people never considers that or how hard that must have been to live through alone, or what it would have felt like. People fail to notice that he was suffering from a terrible mental disorder(s) (pretty much throughout his life) which regrettably he didn’t have help for. He was going to live out his punishment, but he was killed in this awful way and it doesn’t make anything right. ![]() He was never going to be free, not from his mental health issues, compulsive thoughts or to be able to go back out into the world again. ![]() We are just recognising that his death was horrific and that it wasn’t justified because he was there to do a life sentence. ![]() No one here is saying that Jeff taking the lives of 17 people is ok. We were all having a discussion about an awful picture of a crime scene, it isn’t justified how he was killed. I feel that’s an awfully hatefully charged comment, which comes across as kinda condescending to the majority of the participants views here. ![]()
